Treatment

The APA’s choose.phsyio website is an excellent information source for which parts of the body, conditions, aspects of your wellbeing, and life stages that Physiotherapists can help with.

The areas that are my main focus are adult musculoskeletal for all areas of the body e.g. head, neck, jaw (TMJ), back, pelvis, shoulders, elbows, wrist and hands, hips, knees, feet & ankles.

Types of conditions you might see me for include acute (short term) or chronic (long term) pain and injury, sciatica, neuralgia, thoracic outlet problems, TMJD/TMD, headaches, rotator cuff, tennis elbow, carpal tunnel, SIJ pain, ITB syndrome, PFJ maltracking, or plantar fasciitis.

Treatment is mostly hands-on, balanced by addressing posture and movement patterns, and is specifically tailored to you and how your body presents.  Appointments are one hour.
